The Program Manager, Federal, provides program coordination and technical support of the Federal Market to the Energy Services Sales Team; support all of Con Edison Solutions’ efforts in the Federal Market, including but not limited to its Department of Energy and Department of Defense IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity) ESPC (Energy Services Performance Contracting) projects and ConEdison Solutions’ Utility Energy Services agreements. The individual will be based out of either the Valhalla, NY or Falls Church, VA location.
Management: Understand and coordinate assigned Federal contract vehicles ConEdison Solutions currently possesses, as well as any Federal contracts received and assigned going forward. Coordinate Federal efforts with ConEdison Solutions, ConEdison Solutions engineers and project managers, subcontractors, and LTSA.
Sales Efforts: Assist in developing contracts beginning with technical support management during the Preliminary Assessment and thereafter continuing to provide technical management during the Investment Grade Audit up through Task Order award. Development of financial proformas, energy savings calculation review, project cost development and review, etc.
Product Development: Work with assigned personnel to manage the design/build implementation of the Task Order award and transition the program to the ongoing services phases.
Metrics Reporting: Track and report on key business results and trends that measure performance of the Federal Sales group.
Leadership: Participate as a key contributing member of Federal Energy Services Team; participate in the preparation of the Federal business plan.
