The Con Edison Clean Energy Businesses (“CEB”) are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Consolidated Edison, Inc. (“CEI”). The CEBs develop, own and operate renewable energy projects and provide energy services to wholesale, commercial and government customers throughout the United States. The CEB’s have annual revenues of approximately $700 million and total assets of nearly $3 billion.
The Manager, Tax supports tax planning, compliance and accounting for the CEBs. Tax compliance includes federal and state income tax, gross receipts tax, sales and use tax and other miscellaneous types of tax. Tax accounting covers monthly closing and reporting as well as support for parent company SEC filings.
The Manager, Tax works closely with Con Edison’s Corporate tax department, Finance and Accounting, Business Development, Information Technology, tax auditors, outside tax consultants and CPA firms as required.
