The primary function of the Senior Human Resource Generalist (SHRG) is to partner with leadership to provide support regarding employee benefits administration, responding to employee queries, and implementation and maintenance of the CEB HRIS system. This position will play a pivotal role toward the execution of Human Resources related initiatives. The position will work closely with all members and roles of the HR team toward developing, implementing and evaluating ongoing HR policies, programs, functions and activities including but not limited to affirmative actions/ EEO compliance, job classification, promotions, transfers, performance evaluation, and employee relations. The Sr. HR Generalist will be responsible for maintaining data integrity within internal HRIS and acts as the first point of contact for all employee related questions. The SHRG will also be responsible for meeting deadlines, gathering data and responding to requests in a timely fashion. The SHRG will support the Human Resources team with administrative functions.
