    Responsible for the sale of PV Solar installations for Residential and Commercial clients. The Sales Associate will identify and qualify potential solar customers, lead the negotiation, and ensure customer satisfaction through post-sale delivery. The Sales Associate will work with company provided leads in their assigned territories to produce sales as well as discover new opportunities.



    1. Meet with potential clients, present proposals and establish a level of integrity and confidence
    2. Create clear and concise proposals for residential and commercial clients
    3. Managing sales relationships with potential clients/ follow up.
    4. Collect and interpret data for design and creation of proposals
    5. Discover new opportunities, by generating sales leads, and staffing lead-generating events, in order to  continuously increase sales in assigned region
    6. Maintain awareness of client’s needs and communication throughout the construction process. 
    7. Provide ongoing and regular feedback to Sales Management and internal sales support relevant to key account opportunities.



    • High school degree required
    • Undegraduate degree from accredited college or university preferred.



    • 5+ years of sales experience as well as Customer service experience.
    • Experience in the Solar Energy Industry, highly preferred.
