    The CEBs have a growing renewable pipeline and we are looking to add as an essential member to the team in Valhalla, NY. The Project Manager (Scheduler) will be responsible for providing and managing P6 schedules for all activities required to deliver successful solar PV systems and battery energy storage systems to internal or external customers. Working closely with the Senior Director of Project Support and the CEB team, the Project Manger will be responsible for maintaining the schedules during project development and construction and reporting accordingly.


    • Develop, coordinate and manage Primavera P6 schedules
    • Update and track development and project-related activities; maintaining close contact with the all teams and all supporting groups including Legal, Human Resources, and Finance.
    • Prepare detailed schedule reports as required including “what-if” scenarios, critical path view, baseline vs. actual view, look ahead view and milestone view.
    • Review EPC Contractor schedule submittals (RFP, Baseline, Updates) and advise on any concerns. If deemed necessary, initiate written correspondence (under signature of applicable Contract Representative) to EPC Contractor to address any concerns related to schedule integrity or process, or with apparent delays.
    • Review weekly and monthly EPC Contractor reports.
    • Upload EPC Contractor schedules into CEB master database (P6) and ensure integration with Master CEB milestone schedule
    • Maintain and track the schedules for the various phases of project development and delivery by working closely with the Project Construction and Development teams, coordinate milestones, resources and project schedules.
    • Collaborate with Engineering, Project Delivery, Project Development, Battery Storage and Operations teams in conducting project planning and resource allocation.
    • Conduct schedule reviews and master schedule “Rollups.”



    • Bachelor degree in Engineering, Construction/Project Management or related degree preferred
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred


    • 3+ years of progressive experience in managing and implementing a range of power generation, renewable energy, commercial/large scale and design/build related projects preferred
    • 3-5 years experience with Project Controls, specifically Critical Path Method (CPM) planning/scheduling
    • Specific experience with Power Generation in the Commercial and Industrial markets or Utility scale preferred.
    • Experience in Owner side project lifecycle execution (feasibility, design engineering, construction, start-up/turnover and subsequent O&M) preferred
    • Demonstrated experience in safety focused work environment.


    • Oracle Primavera P6 experience and proficiency required
    • Capacity to work with MS Project files as needed, including conversion to Primavera format
    • Sound and proven construction scheduling and planning skills
    • Strong leadership, written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and desire to learn new technology
    • Ability to effectively represent the company
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong computer skills including Excel, MS Project and Word
    • Must have a valid driver’s license
    • Up to 20% travel may be required.
