The CEBs have a growing renewable pipeline and we are seeking to hire an essential member to the Con Edison Development team in Valhalla, NY. The Associate Financial Analyst will assist in preparing project analysis, project proformas, presentations, deal structures, charts for new business opportunities and CEB’s portfolio of existing assets.


  • Develop financial models for evaluating capital investments and pricing sensitivity analyses.
  • Perform ad hoc financial analyses on as-needed basis for existing and new projects.
  • Prepare monthly financial forecast including income statement, balance sheet and cash forecast.
  • Assist in preparation of annual budget and provide various financial reporting as needed.
  • Assist in preparing presentations for board and senior management.
  • Prepare and track revenue invoices with counterparties.
  • Assist in external and internal audit preparations.


Bachelor degree in Finance or Economics preferred


1+ years of experience is preferred; Recent graduates with financial and business courses will be considered.


• Able to interact effectively across the organization to achieve goals and meet deadlines.
• Able to handle multiple projects and priorities.
• Able to demonstrate analytical skills.
• Must have effective oral and written communication skills.
• MS Office computer skills are required, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
