To perform a variety of facility support duties including the routine cleaning and other light clerical functions.


  • Perform ongoing daily cleaning duties to support the company’s COVID re-entry plan which include:
    • Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces such as door handles, bathroom fixtures, kitchen area
    • Tidying office space (cupboards, refrigerator, countertops, and other appliances), and bathroom facilities.
  • Coordinate company vehicle inspections and maintenance
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies
  • Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
  • Perform work related errands as requested such as going to the post office and bank
  • Assist in other clerical support including sorting and distributing mail, as well as fax, scan, copy documents.


Education and Experience


  • Must have driver’s license
  • Must be physically able to perform light work: lifting no more than 20 pounds, with frequent carrying of objects of no more than 10 pounds; frequent standing or walking
  • Must be able to perform the following physical activities: stooping; kneeling; reaching; grasping; talking; hearing and repetitive motion
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous office experience preferred
  • Competent computer skills including MS Office, internet search, e-mails, group messaging and data collection preferred.
