The CEBs have a growing renewable pipeline and we are looking to add as an essential member to the team in Valhalla, New York. The Engineer is responsible for the complete engineering development and design of mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection construction documents associated with new buildings and renovations for consulting design projects, design-build projects, and performance contract projects. The engineer will be responsible for mentoring and training junior engineers and designers.  With minimal supervision, the Engineer will work under the direction of the Manager from project conception through construction completion. The Director of Project Development has the overall responsibility of driving and managing project development for a designated market area(s). The Asset Analyst will also support the development, implementation, and management of production enhancement or cost savings initiatives resulting from the performance analysis.   The Asset Analyst will collaborate with Asset Managers, Engineers, Operators and Accountants in the day to day management of the portfolio of assets.
