The Site Operator is responsible for the on-site generation of renewable energy at all assigned plants in their regional portfolio.  The candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining and monitoring renewable energy assets (wind, solar, etc.) and energy infrastructure projects through close collaboration with Con Edison Development's operators, engineers, asset managers, project managers and developers as well as on-site subcontractors.    The candidate will be responsible for the daily operation, planned and corrective maintenance, and event response for CED assets in the Nevada region. The candidate will be responsible for operating one or more plants (home base), as well as overseeing all operations, maintenance, and event responses at the other plants in the region.  The candidate will furthermore be responsible for ensuring all operations and maintenance activities in the region are performed in accordance with industry best practices, industry best safety practices, ConEdison Development procedures, plans, and guidelines as well as all pertinent laws and regulations.

TheSenior Electricianis responsible for the on-site generation of renewable energy at all plants in their geographical region portfolio. The electrician will be responsible for operating, maintaining and monitoring renewable energy assets (wind, solar, etc.) and energy infrastructure projects through close collaboration with CED’s site operators, engineers, asset managers, project managers and developers as well as on-site subcontractors. The Senior Electrician will act as the lead electrician for CED assets as circumstances dictate.  This will involve assigning work to other electricians, mentoring electricians, apprentice electricians as well as other members of the work team.  The Senior Electrician is expected to organize work and provide feedback to the Plant or O&M Manager.  The Senior Electrician is expected to have strong knowledge related to low / medium/ high voltage ac and dc electrical systems.  Specific knowledge of electrical construction techniques and maintenance of electrical systems as related to power plants is necessary.      The Senior Electrician will be responsible for planned and corrective maintenance and event response for CED assets in their region.  The Senior Electrician will furthermore be responsible for ensuring all operations and maintenance activities in the region are performed in accordance with industry best practices, industry best safety practices, CED procedures, plans, and guidelines as well as all pertinent laws and regulations. The position may require the Senior Electrician to work weekends / holidays based on work load demand.
